General Hospital Spoiler 10th September 2025
What to Expect on General Hospital?
Things are heating up in Port Charles as Willow faces tough questions, Drew makes bold moves, and Lulu looks for advice that could change everything.
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) has a lot of explaining to do. The big question is — what does she really know about Drew (Cameron Mathison) and the night he was shot? Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is also nervous. Liz fears being asked about Willow’s state of mind and where she was the night Drew got hurt. She admits to Lucas (Van Hansis) that if anyone asks her about Willow, she has no choice but to tell the truth.

Chase (Josh Swickard) has been standing up for Willow for weeks. He tries to convince Anna (Finola Hughes) that Willow is innocent, but Anna reminds him he must stay professional. When Chase questions Willow, her first concern is whether he still plans to get back with Drew. It’s clear she’s torn. Does she still think Drew is the key to getting her kids back, even after everything?

Meanwhile, Nina (Cynthia Watros) might have a big role to play. She receives an interesting offer, and it could mean Willow might turn to her for help.
Drew, however, has not changed. Surviving a near-death moment hasn’t softened him one bit. He’s still obsessed with Willow and is ready to point fingers at anyone who gets in his way. He even suggests Curtis (Donnell Turner) could have shot him. Instead of worrying about who attacked him, Drew seems more focused on using the shooting to get back at his nephew Michael (Rory Gibson).

At the same time, Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) may know more than they are letting on. They were inside Drew’s house the night he was shot, but nobody else knows this secret. Kai thinks he has come up with a way to throw the police off their trail, but will it work?
Trina also opens up to her friend Emma (Braedyn Bruner). The question is — does she tell Emma the truth about breaking into Drew’s home?
Over at Bobbie’s, Lulu (Alexa Havins) is left struggling with her choices. After her tense talk with Jack (Chris McKenna), she must decide what to do about Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). Deep down, Lulu doesn’t want to let Valentin near her daughter, but is she willing to go against her instincts?

Not knowing what to do, Lulu turns to Carly (Laura Wright) for advice. Carly has always been someone she could trust, and since Carly knows Jack well, she hopes for guidance. Carly shocks Lulu when she suggests she should listen to Jack. Carly trusts her boyfriend completely — but maybe she shouldn’t. This advice could put Lulu and Charlotte in danger.
